Ian Gaudreau now set his sights on October 15, to complete the mural. With help from fellow artists, he expects to finish on that date and wants to assure mural donors and supporters that the end is in sight.e on begin!

Mural Completion Date Now Planned

for October 15, 2014

The recent changes in the design of the “MANSFIELD” section includes a Trompe-l’oeil, or optical illusion, that presents a three dimensional look.

Ian and his team have their work cut out. They will need to finish the faces in the grandstand at the horse races, the area that honors Mansfield education, military and sports and the final details in historical scenes. The last step is applying the two protective coatings. Pending weather conditions, Mr. Gaudreau, in confident he can finish mid September.
Donations can still be made to the MansfieldMuralProject.com.
